Photography has been part of my life for decades. As Chief Editor of my high school yearbook, at school events on evenings and weekends I often carried a camera. I felt a great sense of responsibility being entrusted to capture memories for others to enjoy for years.

Only later did I realize that in my photos I showed my classmates not just what I saw, but how I saw it. I had captured memories, and helped to craft them.

Fast-forward to today, and I’m traveling the world. I’ve visited marvelous places, and through my photos I hope to bring those places home to you. In that, I feel a familiar sense of responsibility.

But just like 20 years ago, I aspire to show you not just what I see of the world, but how I see it. My hope is that if I’m successful perhaps you’ll feel inspired to travel, setting out to experience and capture your own memories to enjoy for years.
