I gotta say I am having more fun cooking for people on the road, and I’m cooking better, than I have in my whole life.
I’m not at all interested in becoming a chef, but maybe some local cuisine cooking classes are in order on a few of my stops. Maybe I can bring some flavors of the world home.
And I never thought I’d be the sort of person to travel with spices, but I’m seriously about to buy a plastic pepper mill and be “that guy.”
